Synopsis

Warning: screenonline full synopses contain 'spoilers' which give away key plot points. Don't read on if you don't want to know the ending!

On a very sunny day, a tram passes a busy tree-lined street where many of the buildings and shops have flags flying including the Union flag. Men and women with parasols walk along the pavements. The tram passes an open-top tram full of passengers (many with parasols), a small number of cyclists and horse-drawn traps on the road, the London County Bank and 'Phillips' music shop which carries a large sign for pianos.
