Government, headed by Mr Collins, arrives to "take over". No picture. In
courtyard of Dublin castle, soldiers on parade with guns raised ready to fire
salute (unclear if British troops). Gateway of the courtyard, back view of
soldiers marching out three abreast. Arrival of Provisional Government is not
