Passengers and crew on a Cunard ship docked at Liverpool.

Show full synopsis

More complex than many Mitchell and Kenyon productions, with some particularly striking images, this film is a sequence of scenes showing the passengers disembarking from a journey, and shows the number of staff needed to service this modest Cunard steamer. The ship has yet to be identified, but may well be the passenger tender SS Skirmisher, associated with the glamorous high speed liner, the RMS Lucania, which carried around 2,000 passengers on the Liverpool to New York route.
