Berlin, the present. A Turkish family is subjected to a violent attack by a gang of baseball-wielding neo-Nazis. When the father tries to stop them he is beaten unconscious. One of the attackers is Morris, recently arrived from Britain to conclude an arms deal.
Morris's Berlin contact is annoyed by the attack on the Turkish family because he fears it will bring attention from the police. The arms deal is in jeopardy. Morris needs the arms for a campaign in Britain. His plans to build a nationalist socialist party involve direct action against immigrants, particularly an upcoming Festival of Islamic schools. The Berlin contact knows a lot about Morris, including his Polish origins which Morris feels is irrelevant to the movement.
But Morris's German girlfriend and neo-Nazi colleague are far from happy with Morris's Polish connection, in fact the latter would like to kill him.
A neo-Nazi rally is being organised. As Morris is at the microphone rehearsing his speech the hall is raided by Turkish gang seeking revenge for the death of the Turkish father. Morris and his two friends get away but not before Morris is given a graphic reminder that his Polish origins will always be a problem.
