In a post-war exhibition, two men have a conversation about the importance of propaganda and how it can influence public opinion for good as well as evil.

A film made for the Army Bureau of Current Affairs which explores the importance of propaganda and the factors which influence public opinion such as the daily paper, magazines, digests and library books. The power of speech and received opinions - in daily conversation or through radio and cinema - helps to mobilise public opinion with legislation being the results of public opinion brought to bear on Parliament - "demand what you want, and damn well see to it that you make your opinion felt".
