No main title. "GREAT BRITAIN. LORD KITCHENER WAR MINISTER". Medium shot of Kitchener in uniform standing on the steps of a large building (he glowers at the camera, turns away, then looks again). "RUSSIA. M. ISVOLSKY AMBASSADOR". The Ambassador steps out of his car and passes the camera. "RUSSIA. GENERAL GILINKSY". Soldiers open the door for the General and follow him into the building. "ITALY. SIGNOR SALANRA PREMIER AND BARON SONNINO". Group of men talking together at the top of the steps before two of them step towards a car. "ITALY. GENERAL CADORNA". Two military men walking along pavement; one asks directions of a gendarme standing by some large iron gates, and they continue on their way. "BELGIUM. BARON BROQUEVILLE". A man accompanied by another and a soldier comes up the steps from his car. "SERBIA. M. PACHITCH PREMIER". He stands at the doorway above the steps, then walks towards the camera.
