The charity St. Dunstan's, known today as Blind Veterans UK, was founded by Arthur Pearson in 1915 to help the increasing number of blind and visually impaired servicemen returning from WWI. In this Topical Budget newsreel item, a group of soldiers from the St. Dunstan's hostel enjoy a spot of rowing on the Regent's Park lake, and are assisted by a female coxswain.
