Title: ""Most perfect scheme of its kind I have ever seen". (H.M. The King). The Prince of Wales visits Papworth Village Settlement for tubercular treatment." Prince of Wales (later Edward, Duke of Windsor ) in bowler hat and overcoat tours workshop of the settlement where men are at work; Prince watches man and talks to woman making suitcases. Excited crowds outside building, Prince makes his way through cheering crowd to car.
