Lord and Lady Overtoun's Visit to McIndoe's Show (c.1906)

Synopsis

Warning: screenonline full synopses contain 'spoilers' which give away key plot points. Don't read on if you don't want to know the ending!

A fairground booth with a steam traction engine standing beside it. A man (believed to be Arthur Henderson, manager of McIndoe's fairground show) walks towards Lord and Lady Overtoun and leads them and another woman up the steps at the side of the booth. More people follow after them.

The booth has the word 'McIndoes' in large letters across the base. Henderson stands in the centre as panels are pulled back to reveal the words 'Finish. Many Thanks. Good Night'. He bows. Two raggedy children walk past as the panels close. The party leaves the booth.
